The sweet spot is going to be companies with 1-15 employees and less than $10M in sales.  You’re looking to serve small businesses who are looking to outsource their accounting functions because you can do it more cost effectively than hiring a full time employee.

We will guide you using proven practices to help you source your clients.  Your clients are going to be your former classmate who opened a digital marketing firm, a cousin who owns 10 rental properties, a local non-profit you’ve been supporting, etc.  You’re not selling to the C-suite of a hundred million dollar firm, you’re going to be serving small business owners in your community / network.

This can be one of the most intimidating parts of starting a service business, but we will provide coaching on how to select the services you will offer, how to conduct competitive research, and ultimately how to set your prices.  Given your experience and the in-demand services you provide, you can expect to charge a minimum of $50/hour and likely no less than $200/mo per client.

The initial licensing fee is $12,000 and $4,000 due annually upon your anniversary date.
