Our founder, Meredith Arlinghaus, was stuck.
She was working in a traditional accounting role and felt stifled and burnt out. She was missing out on the best years with her family. And she decided it was time for a change.
But it didn’t stop there. Soon, Meredith was serving 25+ clients and didn’t have capacity to take on more clients herself despite near constant requests.
These business owners had built great businesses, and Meredith wanted to help them experience the freedom to focus on what they do best.
So she had an epiphany: What if she helped other talented accounting professionals break out from the traditional path and do exactly what she had done?
